Food is delicious but i do have a thing that I do not like which is the workers do not wear hairnets while working or packing the food which is absolutely gross. The place is nice and clean tho

Food is flavored wood fired bbq, really exquisite. Quick service and amiable for family gathering, parking is limited but food is worth the trip. Check it out if you like Peruvian cuisine

First time ordering from this location a friend of mine recommended. Ordered over the phone for lunch and went to pick up. I personally ordered the seafood chaufa which was absolutely out of this world! So flavorful and for about $20 it was plentiful I shared with a friend. My other friends ordered a soup and a fish platter (not pictured). The location is very comfy and cozy. You can sit down and eat for a quick meal or sit down dinner. The staff is pleasant service was Good. Id love to come back and try more of their menu items!

My wife and I went to La Caravana for an early dinner with the in-laws. It's a small restaurant and it's very busy. We have picked up takeout from this location multiple times and the food is always solid. The restaurant was packed, so we waited a few minutes for a table. For our dine-in visit, we ordered a whole pollo ala brasa, fries, salad, arroz chaufa, and the parrilllada caravana, which came with 1/4 pollo, chuleta, 2 anticucho, pancita, choncholi, rachi, chorizo, churrasco con papa dorada y choclo. It's a lot of food for a really good price. It's significantly cheaper than the Peruvian restaurants I visit in Passaic. The food came out very quickly, with plenty of the green aji. Everything was seasoned well, and very juicy. You could see and smell the smoke from the grills as you were eating. I only wish they had a bigger dining area and better parking.

La comida es muy rica,tienen buenos precios y la atención es buena también. Me encantan los postres q venden una buena variedad entre comidas y postres en general.

If you are looking for a good peruvian food, you won't be disappointed! Just remember this and many peruvian restaurants are small! Therefore; most people order for take out. Dine in has only few tables and the staff, specially Ms Cecilia are very attentive. During peak hours you might have to wait a little longer since it gets really busy with take out orders. The only pet peeves I have it's the beeping from the smoke detector due to batteries that are never replaced.

I know my Peruvian food and this place is Fuego I also tried a few other items on the menu but did not take a pic before I ate them. All around great place
